my TA ends 20 January 2024. am i supposed to pay full rental for January or will it be pro-rated? landlord has two months of my deposit plus rental.

Hi,

Tenant is suppose to pay full rental till the end of the lease and cannot use the security deposit to offset it.

When do you pay your rent monthly? It will depends on the payment arrangement. Some tenants start their rental on 21st of the month, thus they pay their rent on the 21st of each month which will last until 20th of the next month before the tenant makes the next payment.
