My tenant refuses to move even though their tendency is up in 2 weeks time. My new tenant is moving in soon. I have to evict the old tenants otherwise I will in breach of contract with the new tenants. Someone suggests to change all locks, but the tenants things are still inside the house, do I get mover to move their things? But move to where? and I have to pay the mover cost and new lock costs. Should I inform the management committee before doing that, my place is a condo. Or call the police
