My wife and I intend to buy a condo nit that's beside Caspian (bidded by Keppel). Max is 850k. With this price I should be able to buy a sub sales unit @ Caspian. Wondering what kind of unit can I get @ Caspian if compared to a new unit @ the new launch site. Will the new condo be more ex as Keppel bidded a big price for it ? Please advise. TIA.
