New to these since i am working overseas most time (I am Sporean though) ..Is en bloc potential a good thing if I bought a unit for renting/investment purposes? I like some older (and bigger) unit in good location at much lower price than their peers so likely to be en bloc? What advantages for owner being en bloc?
