Please help me.
I had rent a whole condo with 3 rooms with the owner. There was no agent involved.
I asked the owner if I could rent out those 3 rooms as to earn some income and I am going to stay over at another house.
Is it possible for me to rent out the house again?
Can I rent room by room or must rent it out my entire house?
What procedure must I do? What should I do?
