Prepare RES exam is indeed very stressful. Add to it the stress with don’t know which agency to join. We were told not to join those who post on here frequently, the good managers were busy doing their sales and working with their people. Now, if that’s the case, if we don’t know people in this industry, what is the best way to look for the real good managers? Is there a website or something to rate the managers?
