Hi, I wish to rent out my common room in Punggol, any agent can help to find tenant for room rental service?

Can I state my requirements like no cooking, female only, S-Pass, EP, student/professional etc? What are an agent's charges like? Must register with HDB? Can I not register or inform HDB?

To lease out your HDB, after your MOP, you need PRIOR approval from HDB first. then you look for tenants.

For ROOM rental, you need not seek HDB's approval, BUT you MUST INFORM HDB within 7 days of finding your tenant.

Also, ROOM rental is NOT ALLOWED for 1 and 2 room HDB.

You need to have a 3 room HDB before you can lease out 1 room.

Yes, you can state what the tenant can and cannot do.
