Recently I encountered a renovator who providing the customised cupboard and 3-tier self. On the day of fixing the furniture, he sent 2 of his workers and they are China Chinese after checking with them. The workmanship was really terrible, all edges being chip-off(look like 2nd hand furniture) and the big cupboard is not properly sealed with after they removed the wooden panel at the top. How should I deal with such case. He is making all excuses and till now, still did not come to fix all the defects. Such a disgrace to all the contractors in Singapore.
