This is a very good question and I think you should. As land is scarce in SG, and with an increasing population over the decades to come, you cannot go wrong. But, my question is why a studio?
Do you know that you can afford to buy a 3bed condo for less than $1m? There are many options. So, please do not restrict yourself.
