Studios@Marne got TOP on 22nd March 2010.
But since TOP till today, 23rd June 2010, we still not able to activate electricity with Singapore Power. Singapore Power mention that the apartment had not pass the electrical test.
How can they allow us to move in when electrical had not passed yet!
What legal action can we take?
