The home owner (seller) who's act as a property agent as well has received the $1000 OTP from us (buyer)& have signed the OTP.At the moment of exercise the OTP,our agent found out that the owner (seller) haven't submit the resale checklist. We feel very upset 'cause of this thing. He (owner) should know that he need to submit the checklist even before he market his house, especially he is an agent as well. Can we make a police report and sue him for this matter? Thanks

Hi You may like to draw to his attention and you would report this matter to CEA if he is still withholding the resale checklist. Regards Aaron 9730 8455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More

Afternoon, Since the seller is a salesperson, you can bring this case up to CEA and request the seller to refund the Option money back to you. SInce it's the seller's mistake, you might also want to include any possible cost or charges that you might incurred, if you are using bank loan. I'm sure your salesperson would be in better position to advise you accordingly. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
