This is for BTO purchase via Bank Loan

1. I previously paid about 2.5% in cash for the down payment. Does this contribute to the 5% cash payment required for a bank loan?

2. ⁠Can the stamp duty & conveyancing fee previously paid in cash be converted to be deducted using CPF and get back the cash (to pay off the 5% cash payment required for bank loan)?

When buying a BTO flat using a bank loan, the standard financing structure is:

5% minimum cash down payment

Up to 75% from the bank loan

Remaining 20% from CPF and/or cash

If you’ve already paid 2.5% in cash (likely during the Option Fee + down payment phase), that will be offset against the required 5% cash component.
