Possible to get a condo in the west walking distance to MRT, 110sqm, 3 bedrooms @ S$600K?

I will pay S$180K CPF, $300K home loan and S$120K by CASH.

I will settle S$300K home loan by CPF once I sell my existing HDB?

Any advise from he experts on the payment please?
