top up scheme: Hi guru i need your expertise in this case...as i had been cheated by my agent upon selling my home,the agent did not inform me about the next property i need to purchase i need to put back half of my selling price...indeed i had used more than half of the amout to settles my dept..and now my family is stuck without a home...what can i do??

Afternoon Jason,

You are not required to use 50% of your profit from sales, unless you purchase another HDB unit, using 2nd HDB loan.
As I'm not aware of your actual condition/s, that's all that I can advice, for now.
