we are a Chinese race PR couple would like to buy a 4R unit in Compassvale walk area. I want to know whether it's possible to get a 100m2 unit with less than 400k(incl COV)?

Afternoon Vanessa,

It would be a tall ordeal. The current valuation for 4 room flat along compassvale walk is already at $390k. Hence to get anything at less than $400k, it would be close to impossible for now.
