Hi Guru-guru, i and my wife both are SPR from Malysia. We want to buy a HDB 4Room at sengkang/punggol area.It's prosible to get a house with my budget below? We are looking at house with valution price around $360K-$380K. We need more information on how much cash need to prepare and should we approach bank for pre-loan approvel? Appreciate for answer/info.

As for how much cash you need, you have to get a principle of approval on your loan, can I then help you compute the rest.
