Hi there,
7 person is a relative big group to be looking out for the move. I am quite surprised on the number. Any chance to share why are you looking to join a new agency instead of staying put? What are the considerations you are looking at for the move?

I have personally groom some of my agents to be Top New Achievers. Besides the mentor, it also depends on one's own determination and how hungry you want to succeed in this line.
