Hi, gurus, I am looking at the new EC at CCK, got an agent contact me about that becaue I checked with him long time ago about another project. My question is, if I buy new ec thru an agent, do I need pay any agent fee?

Hi buyer,

If you have concern about buying through an agent, why not just walk-in to the showflat and book your unit?

As commissions payable must be agreeable by all parties concerned, your agent may not be collecting any commissions from the developer or sharing the commissions with developer's agent.
