We bought a resale flat under fiance and finacee scheme, btw I am female, we both are 40, malaysian, Singapore PR. We used bank loan 80%, 15% used CPF, 5% used cash, COV used cash, other charges via CPF.
From the date of possession till today, it has already past 3 months, we have yet to submit the ROM cert and HDB didnt chase for it and we confirmed that the ROM will never ever happened anymore.
I have few doubts, appreciate if someone can give some light on how to handle the flat to avoid losses to the best...
1) The penalty is going to be 10% as confirmed by the HDB (approx about 60K). May I know how does this 60k penalty is going to be shared between fiance and fiancee?
2) As we both are 38 year old now, it is possible that one of us convert to Singapore citizen to take over the flat under Single Singapore Citizen scheme?
