We currently got a private condo and it's still under mortgage. If we hope to invest in another small studio or apartment (budget around $600k), how much cash/CPF do we need to prepare to the down payment? What are the time phrase that we need to clear the require payment (e.g. 8 weeks after confirmation or etc...)?

I'm hoping to buy the apartment solely (100%) under my fiancée but she doesn't earn much under IRAS ($30k/yr), she is also the co-owner of my current condo but she has a very clean credit history. Do you think the bank will be able to approve her mortgage loan? Can I be her guarantor in this situation?

Lastly, if we are looking at an apartment to invest around $600k. What is the likely stamp duty fee that we have to set aside and do we need to pay this amount upon purchasing this unit or we can wait till the apartment is almost TOP?
