Hi I would like to ask regarding property loan
As i intent to purchase condo, i approached a banker. Let say i eligible to loan up to 600K.
Can i purchase say 620K Condo ?
Please advise and recommend if you have any listing

Good morning buyer,

If you have a healthy loan quantum if you have intention to purchase a $620k property but do you have sufficient finances for the initial outlay?

1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% CPF OA funds or cash downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) additional buyer's stamp duty if applicable (5% as SPR; 15% as foreigner)
5) $3k legal fees
6) valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage etc

Probably you can share more information such as your residency status, finances (CPF OA funds and cash) on hand etc so I will be in a better position to advise you.
