Hi, yes it is definitely possible as long as

If your spouse is 21 years old or above:

You must have a valid+ Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass of at least 6 months from the date of issue at the point of your HFE letter and resale flat application

If your spouse is 35 years old or above:

You have a valid+ Visit Pass or Work Pass of any validity period at the point of your HFE letter and resale flat application

You will be eligible to purchase All flat types (excluding 3Gen flats and Prime Location Public Housing resale flats) in the open market.

This will be under non citizen spouse scheme, yes will be eligible for resale HDB. Only your wife's income will be recognized for the bank loan application since only she can be the owner.

1) You are eligible to buy an HDB resale flat under the Non-Citizen Spouse scheme.
2) However, only your wife can be the owner of the flat. So, this means that only her income will be taken into consideration to assess the amount of the housing loan available.
3) You can help in servicing the mortgage using cash only.
4) This loan matter applies to both the HDB loan and the bank loan.
