Thanks. My husband has an UOL certificate and is 57 yrs old but without real estate experience. He is now working as a sales manager in a small company, hoping to earn extra income. He will start as a part time agent first and gradually might consider to become a full time agent. Can this be done? Any subsidy for the course?
