I am unsure what you mean bigger agencies more listings. If you are to mean more projects to work on, you are likely very correct, however, that also means that your competition could be higher, as all remaining salespersons within the company has similar access to market these projects, therefore unless you have niche group of prospects to work on where others do not have access in, the equation is also balanced out.
Would you rather approach this industry in a different business mindset, where you can choose to be a self employed, run this as a business or even invest in this business to run? We have a unique platform which I believe not many are able to run this as successfully as we do.
