Hi,

You will have to refer to the bank letter of offer terms & conditions that you have signed up for. It may or may not be revised according to the contract. Typically it should not be an issue as long as the monthly repayments are on time, but it is still good to confirm with the banker.

Did you retain your letter of offer from the bank? Does it indicate any conditions that rates and loan structure will be affected if you rent out your landed property? Not sure of the reason why you are renting out the landed property, as the current rental market is relatively weak. Owners are not allowed to put up their properties for rent or sale on PropertyGuru. In fact they are encouraged to engage the services of agents to market their place if required especially for rental, due to the spike in scam cases for rent in recent times. Many tenants I have came across have indicated that they are now very careful and will prefer to deal with agents listings instead since it is more legitimate source of listing given that we are licensed to do real estate works.
