What do you think is the potential for Pasir Panjang area based on current market conditions?

I am considering similar classes condos such as Pasir View, Frangrance Court, Banyan, Cassandra, Mendon Spring, etc.

Should one be selling (if holding any) or buying Pasir Panjang condo units now?
