I just sold one last November in 172C 8th floor at $520k.Valuation was $485k with minimal renovation.
Nevertheless,I'd say that different units' valuation will be different as each individual unit is unique on its own,with different renovation and maintenance as well as the facing and level.It'd be more appropriate to estimate if physical assessment of the unit can be made.Past data or valuation done can only be reference but not read too much into it.
