Purchasers of landed homes should be Singapore citizens, otherwise, approval from the Singapore Land Authority is required unless purchasing a landed home on Sentosa Island. For purchasing a landed home, the documentation works are simple and straightforward, but most importantly in all purchases, have the necessary funds ready and finances planned out for. By the way, are you a Singaporean or SPR/ Foreigner?

Because SPR or foreign purchasers have to seek approval from LDAU under Singapore Land Authority before eligible to purchase a landed in Singapore. But they are eligible to purchase one in Sentosa tho.
