Hi, there are pros and cons to both development, but I will be touching on the pros of Evergreen Park Condo over Florida. One of the main point of it is the location of Evergreen Park condo. Even though both of it is in hougang, Evergreen is situation in a more quiet location overlooking a green scenery, and provides a tranquil and serene environment for its users. So if you prefer such environment it is for you.
