Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

Foreigners are eligible to purchase private housing like condo, apartments and even landed in Sentosa (still need to seek LDAU approval).

Bear in mind that foreigners will be subject to 25% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of normal 3 to 4% stamp duty on their residential property purchase in Singapore unless their nation has free trade agreement with Singapore.

Other than that, they are also eligible to buy commercial and industrial properties as well.
