I've sold my private property, am i eligible to purchase new/resale hdb?? Whats the MOP for with/without hdb loan??

After purchasing the HDB, i would like to purchase private property. Do i need to stay in the hdb??

Morning,

Since you have sold your private property, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit without grant, using bank loan to service your mortgage. The MOP with or without loan is flat 5 years. You are only eligible to purchase your second property after that and keep your HDB unit if you are SC.
