Hi there :) > Look at the "letter of intent/ LOI " when you book it with "booking fee"> it may state the terms and conditions : SOME LOI Got spelt out
, ***if tenancy agreement cannot be met > deposit is to be refunded *** . can you check the LOI or ask your tenant agent if you engage one .If you don't have tenant agent , direct the question to landlord agent ,>> concurrently you may pm me >> i help you interpret the terms out of A FAVOR HELP :)

my advise is even for tenant > its still wiser next time you engage your own tenant agent to represent you as most tenants in my opinion even the experience ones are not good in interpreting the terms and procedures . (some tenants even rented without a proper tenancy agreement and based on verbal trust , and they are okays with it as a practice until later on , something happen, they learnt a " lesson " that can be prevented in first place, then they thought to engage a agent )

Hi, is the tenancy agreement signed? If it not signed , the landlord will have to return you the deposit .
