What would be a good estimate of price differences between a 99y leasehold, a 999y and freehold?
And why would i buy a 99y leashold if it will depreciate 1% p.a as at the end of its life it'll be taken back by the government. Shouldn't investors be very much more willing to pay for freehold, and how much more should investors pay?
