The last sold unit in apr 2024 for your block was $730,000 with the next transaction at $688,888 on Jan 2024. These numbers can be guide for the valuation, but may not be accurate.

Recent comparable transactions in block 513 level 7 to 9 121sqm 5-room x2 units, $688888 in Jan 2024 and $730000 in April 2024 . It also depends on your exact unit size, level, facing and whether any ethnic quota restrictions.
