Which property is better? Neptune Court or Lagoon View ?

Hi,
It all depends on what your preference is.
Lagoon View is a development that is more suitable for people who is looking for a quiet environment with no condo-like facilities. It's also a very old and thus, the cheaper price for one.
Neptune court on the other hand doesn't have full condo facilities but it has the basic ones. Both are capable of offering a paranomic view of the sea scape if you happen to chance upon one.
Overall, it boils down to individual.

Does it refer to which being a better buy financially or which is better for your own-stay.
