why do so many property agents do not bother to answer calls and watsapp at all? They keep advertising yet do not bother replying despite several watsapps. I'm a local couple looking urgently to rent a condo by March, budget up to $3500, however out of 10 agents i contacted, only max 3 replied. Is the market so so hot and everyone so busy and not bothered? Haiz

I can understand your frustration and sympathize with you . The rental market is indeed very hot now. But I do not condone agents not replying to multiple messages. If you're feeling greatly disturbed by the situation, you might wish to consider engaging an agent to handle this for you.
