Am giving serious consideration to purchasing a 2-bedroom condominium with a budget of approximately S$1m, with proximity to the MRT, for self-use. Absolutely necessary to move in between January and June 2012. Am perfectly happy to entertain suggestions and speak to agents who are able to give me solid responses and suggestions (i.e. please don't leave me pre-prepared responses).

Also please note that the market may not remain the same next year. Hence i would need to know if you would be buying now and probably giving it out on rent and then moving in or buying next year.

Hi Johnny, normally we need more specific info like which area you prefer? FH or 99? east side Tanah Merah or north east Kovan is better for you? or west side jurong? size of unit prefer? need move in condition or have budget for renovation?
