Hi Elizabeth,

Your guess is as good as mine. But based on past SERS exercises, it seems like HDB will go for clusters with more of rental flats, 3-room flats mix to give lower-income homeowners a "lift" and help them get newer flats. The presence of replacement flat sites near the existing site is also important since the existing owners will want homes near where they are used to, and to provide better social outcomes through this exercise.

I usually address such speculating questions as 50/50 chance. 50% yes, 50% no. I am unsure what is the objective you have in asking this question but if you are basing on the chances for SERS to make a sale or purchase decision, I strongly encourage that you do not make a decision based on this as no one can for sure tell you if chances are high or low.
