My humble opinion.
The Centris is not surrounded by projects, hence pricing are usually quite unique to the area. It is also one of its kind as a commercial/residential unit around that area.
This would be one of the main reason for the demand.
If you buy now, you probably would not have achieved the bigger gain as you would if you bought earlier. But I do not see prices dropping for this project.
