Hi SC,

It generally takes about 6 months before the procedures for HDB are settled. 3 months for Condo. So you have to actually buy the HDB first before selling.
Or you can ask for a few months leniency from the buyer for you to settle your HDB matters should you decide to sell your condo first.

Due to the booming market, you've to be prepared to come out with at least 20-30k COV plus the initial deposit of $5K maximum. The rest can be settled with the loans.
