UE E&C has secured two contracts worth S$183 million to build an executive condominium (EC) in Pasir Ris and the National Continuing Education & Training (CET) Campus in Paya Lebar Central, according to The Business Times.
To be built at the junction of Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Pasir Ris Link, the EC project will be undertaken by HUGE Development, a joint venture (JV) company comprising UE E&C’s wholly-owned developer unit Maxdin, GPS Alliance Development and Investment, EVIA Real Estate and Ho Lee Group.
Meanwhile, the campus project is worth approximately S$94 million and was commissioned by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). It is expected to be completed in August 2013.
