Minor International has won seven prestigious awards at the Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards 2011 for its luxury residential properties in Thailand.
One of Thailand’s largest leisure and hospitality companies, Minor International has set a new standard for luxury development in the region and has earned numerous awards for their properties in Asia.
At the sixth annual awards, Minor International was hailed Best Developer in Thailand.
The Residences at Four Seasons Chiang Mai was named Best Residential Development in Chiang Mai, while The Residences at St. Regis Bangkok bagged three awards – Best Condominium Thailand, Best Luxury Condominium Development in Bangkok and Best Interior Design in South East Asia.
Meanwhile, Brennan Beer Gorman Architects in New York and Plan Architect Co Ltd in Thailand both clinched the Best Residential Interior Design award for their work on The Residences at St. Regis Bangkok.
