Property companies throughout South East Asia collected prestigious awards at the International Property Awards in London this week.
The annual awards, produced in association with Bloomberg Television and Google, are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe.
The awards are split into regions covering the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, Arabia and the UK. Participants enter at their relevant national level and the winners go on to London for the world finals – which took place at the Savoy Hotel earlier this week.
Prism Estates, the developers of the Istana Phuket residential estate at Naithon Beach in Phuket, Thailand, took home the prestigious Best International Architecture (Multiple Residence).

Singapore’s Chang Architects won the Best International Architecture Single Residence award for Elok House at Orchard, while the Best International Commercial High-rise Development 2011 award went to Malaysia’s Arcoris @ Mont’ Kiara by Sunrise Berhad.
Also heading to Malaysia was the Best International Industrial Development which went to i-Parc3@Bukit Jelutong by Mah Sing Group Berhad.
Indonesia’s Rancamaya Golf and Country Club pocketed the Best International Golf Course 2011 award, while the award for the Best International Property Consultancy Marketing went to Savills Vietnam for its “The New Heart of Ho Chi Minh City” campaign.
