Construction firm Tiong Seng Holdings Limited announced that its unit, Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd, has inked a S$151 million deal for The Luxurie, a prime residential project.
Under the contract, the firm will develop the 17,700 sq m site with a permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 53,100 sq m.
The Luxurie will comprise 10 15-storey apartment blocks, which could yield some 622 homes, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units and luxurious penthouses.
“Tiong Seng is proud to undertake this project by an established developer like Keppel Land, which is known for its quality developments,” said Pek Lian Guan, Chief Executive Officer of Tiong Seng Holdings Limited.
“I am also delighted that the Group has clinched back-to-back contracts win within a short span of time, and we are indeed sustaining our momentum given our strong pipeline of projects and we look towards a busy year for 2012.”
Situated in the heart of Sengkang, the development is equipped with recreational and entertainment facilities, including a leisure pool, Olympic-length grand pool and an entertainment pavilion with a Jacuzzi.
