Far East advances launch of The Scotts Tower

6 Dec 2011

The official launch of Far East Organization’s The Scotts Tower (TST) will be pushed forward to tomorrow, after witnessing strong response during its preview, which began on 25 November.

Of the initial 56 units, 34 one- and two-bedroom apartments were snapped up during the sales preview. Prices start from S$1.94 million for a 624 sq ft one-bedroom SOHO apartment.

Located at the intersection of Scotts and Cairnhill roads, TST is the first development to be unveiled under the new Far East SOHO brand. It comprises one- to three-bedroom units and four-bedroom penthouses with expansive landscaped gardens, penthouse roof gardens, sky terraces and various recreational facilities.

TST also offers easy connectivity to the rest of Singapore through the Central Expressway (CTE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). In addition, the 31-storey, 231-unit development is located close to retail, entertainment and lifestyle hotspots, as well as to Orchard Road.

“Designed to optimise space to bring about a new level of live-work-play experience, TST articulates the notion of living well in vertical spaces. This is a definitive lifestyle we hope to advocate in all our projects under the new Far East SOHO brand, moving forward,” said Chia Boon Kuah, Chief Operating Officer of Property Sales and Executive Director at Far East.

“We are confident that together with the past successes of our other SOHO developments, such as The Tennery and The Greenwich, the positive response we have seen with TST thus far affirms that buyers increasingly aspire to optimise living spaces that feed their creative freedom, entrepreneurial spirit and ambition. It is no longer just about floor area, but a new dimension of functional and flexible vertical space.”

Meanwhile, buyers can expect some new distinctive and stylish Far East SOHO project launches in the coming months, including The Hillier in the Hillview area.
