Koh Brothers Group Limited (Koh Brothers) announced that it won a contract worth S$63.15 million from Phileap Pte Ltd, for the construction of Lincoln Suites at Khiang Guan Avenue, off Newton Road, in District 11.
“We are pleased to be awarded the construction contract for Lincoln Suites for which we are jointly developing with Heeton Holdings, KSH Holdings and Lian Beng Group,” said Mr. Francis Koh, Managing Director and Group CEO at Koh Brothers.
“This latest win is testament to our Group’s (complementary) strength in the Construction and Building Materials division.”
Comprising two 30-storey blocks of 175 units, the luxurious condominium aims to provide an unrivalled living experience for residents, as it offers a harmonious blend of luxury and urban contemporary living. The two towers will be linked by a sky bridge on the 24th level, which will house the Sky Gym, the first sky-high elevated gym that offers unobstructed views of the surroundings.
“Over the years, Koh Brothers as a brand name has become synonymous with iconic infrastructure projects such as Marina Barrage, with a proven track record and established reputation for quality. It is on this note that we commence our 46th year of operations and will strive to uphold the good name of our Group,” added Mr. Koh.
Construction on the site began on 11 March 2011 and is expected to be completed within 27 months. The development will also include works in a six-deck multi-storey car park block, swimming pool, two levels of sky terraces and other communal facilities.
