Vancouver House, the fourth phase of Maple Quays in Canada Water, is set for launch in Singapore at the Four Seasons Hotel on 12 to 13 March 2011.
The launch of Vancouver House comes off the back of the success of Fairmont House, the development’s third phase, which is currently 80 percent sold.
Maple Quays has seen exceptional demand from buyers, both in the UK and abroad, with more than 180 private apartments sold in just over two years.
“These properties are on their radar for one simple reason there aren’t many of them to go round, even less so if they are brand new, well located, well priced and to top it all off you can either stay or rent it out by the end of next year,” said Julian Sedgwick, Director for International Residential Sales at Savills Asia Pacific.
While Vancouver House is scheduled for completion in spring 2012, a limited number of Fairmont House apartments will be ready for occupation in June this year.
“The popularity of Maple Quays is largely due to the superb location. With Canada Water station on its doorstep, Maple Quays offers excellent transport connections to Canary Wharf, the City and other key destinations in central London,” said Gary Patrick, Sales Director of Barratt London, which is developing the project.
“As part of the wider regeneration of the Rotherhithe area, the lifestyle benefits and investment potential of Maple Quays are also instrumental in the development’s appeal to owner-occupiers and investors alike.”
Vancouver House offers 146 apartments, set in contemporary buildings of up to seven storeys. It comprises studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from £250,000 to £390,000.
