Property developer Orange Tee revealed that 18 of its 36 Everitt Edge residential units were sold in less than two weeks, since its launch on 19 March.
Roy Chang, Senior Group Associate Director at Orange Tee said the “overwhelming” response was driven primarily by a low interest rate environment and an increase in household incomes.
Situated in District 15, Everitt Road is an exclusive freehold boutique condominium that houses 36 residential units and four commercial outlets.
Reflecting the Peranakan heritage, Everitt Edge is located right in its heartland, Katong. It is conveniently situated between the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and is close to the business and industrial precincts of Tampines, Loyang, Pasir Ris, Chai Chee and Changi.
Taking advantage of the favourable market, the firm will launch most of its projects next month, according to Mr. Chang.
