Thai property developer Supalai is planning to launch 16 new projects in Bangkok, which could generate up to THB13 billion (US$426 million) in sales this year.
All new developments are located in Bangkok’s city centre and will be launched at affordable prices, as the company targets home buyers currently living in the suburbs but intending to move into the city centre.
Tritecha Tangmatitham, Executive Director of Supalai, said the company is also expecting to generate THB17 billion (US$ 557 million) in sales this year, out of which THB13 billion (US$ 426 million) will come from the new developments.
