MGallery has announced the addition of two unique resorts to its collection of distinctive hotels in Thailand — the Veranda High Resort in Chiang Mai and Veranda Resort & Spa in Hua Hin-Cha Am.

“We are delighted to add these two properties to the MGallery Collection,” said Oswald Pichler, Vice President of Accor Thailand, Cambodia and Laos.

“The two Veranda resorts will accommodate guests seeking unique and personalised experiences in Thailand’s most well-known retreat destinations: Chiang Mai in the north and Hua Hin – Cha Am on the gulf of Thailand.”

Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai is situated in a peaceful setting in Chiang Mai’s highlands. Each of the 69 spacious deluxe rooms and villas features a large balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding landscape and an ambience that unifies the northern traditional arts and the luxurious comfort of a modern hotel.

Surasak Wongkiatthaworn, Managing Director of Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai, said that “amidst the beautiful mountains and in a cultural setting of Thailand’s north, where cool and calm is the norm, guests can find that their stay here (becomes) a very soothing experience where time slows and they can eventually feel themselves as one with nature.”

Veranda Resort & Spa Hua Hin-Cha Am is located on the beachfront, between two popular beach destinations in Thailand — Hua Hin and Cha Am.

With 118 rooms and villas, the resort combines modern Asian designs with a stylish look that replicates an atmosphere of its serene environment.

“We pay attention to every detail of this hip and cool resort to unify the spectacular oriental style décor with the chic, yet cozy atmosphere of this secluded sanctuary promising guests a true experience of relaxation,” said Panit Boonyaratvej, Resort Manager of Veranda Resort & Spa Hua Hin-Cha Am.

Launched in September 2008, MGallery is Accor’s label of luxury hotels.
